Is it true that there is a market turn around every 7 years? If so should I buy now or wait since it has been almost 7 years since the last low?
There are always deals to be made out there. You don’t always have to wait for the other shoe to drop to make your move. We are going to continue seeing an influx of people in California, as long as the tech, entertainment, tourism and pharmaceutical industries are hiring. If you see a good deal, then jump on it!
